What's ACRO YOGA?

Yoga, Acrobatics & Healing Arts are ancient traditions and have been mixed in many ways. Today AcroYoga has grown beyond any one school or person and has become a general expression for different fusions of yoga, acrobatics and massage. Kevin & Erin, students of Ken Nateshvar Scott started Circus Yoga, family approach to blending circus arts and yoga. Eugene Poku and Jessie Goldberg started AcroYoga Montreal in 2000 with focus on performance. creativity and AcroYoga International was founded by Jason Nemer and Jenny Sauer-Klein in 2003. They were the first to codify the AcroYoga practice in 2006. Their work culminated into not only manuals, but also cultivated formalized educational paths that have promoted highest levels of safety, expression, and straight up fun. They circulated the globe, sharing the practice nearly every continent In 2011, Jenny moved onto developing coaching and courses for thought leaders, and Jason took full leadership. Now with a mighty team that varies between 5 and 8 people, AcroYoga International has trained over one thousand teachers internationally, is practiced by one million people worldwide in over 55 countries.

While meeting yoga in 2010 and touching various schools, in 2014 he met Acroyoga. Leave it to others, trust it, but it’s fun. I feel the depth of the effect that I can not imagine, and I am captivated by its charm. In 2018, he became the first official leader in Nagoya.

Currently, mainly in local Aichi, such as yoga events, workshops, events and performances, We are engaged in activities to spread the beauty of yoga and acro yoga that can be enjoyed by people who have never touched yoga.

Schedule

ACRO YOGA NAGOYA holds events in various areas, mainly in Nagoya City,
Aichi Prefecture. Of course, it is okay if you are new to yoga or are not good at exercising.
The important thing in doing ACROYOGA is the courage to participate.
